Local Feng Shui Practitioner Inessa Freylekhman Donates Her Services to
Mentally-Challenged Women at Santa Monica's OPCC Homeless Shelter
"Feng Shui from the Heart" Gives Residents Tools to Rebuild
Their Lives from the Inside Out
Santa Monica, CA, July 5, 2007 - Inessa Freylekhman, a local practitioner of the ancient art
of Feng Shui, is bringing hope to mentally-challenged women at a homeless shelter in Santa
Monica, where she is donating her Feng Shui services for free. Freylekhman's pro bono work
at the OPCC shelter falls in line with the mission of her company, Feng Shui FromThe Heart,
which assists clients to consciously create their reality and manifest their dreams through the
power of Feng Shui utilizing Chinese and Tibetan customs, design principles, spiritual
psychology and shamanic wisdom.
"I am happy to show these amazing women how to set positive intentions for what they want,
teach them how to de-clutter their space, and help them choose positive ways of thinking
about themselves and their experience," states Inessa. "The tradition of Feng Shui honors
each individual's unique expression as they fully step into their life's purpose."
She is continually inspired by the clients, many who have overcome tremendous obstacles in
their lives. One resident of the shelter is Onita, a radiant African-American in her late forties
and former school teacher, who ended up in the shelter after she was laid off from her job.
"She had been living there for over three months when I came to perform the Feng Shui her
room," she said. "While we were talking, she shared her dream of someday owning her own
baked goods business."
Three weeks after Inessa's visit, she followed up with Onita to discover that she had
experienced several positive changes in her life since they did the Feng Shui work together.
"My brother, who never took me seriously before, is now showing appreciation for me and has
even offered to create a business plan for my cupcake business," Onita told her. "The
attitude of gratitude is intense; I have even been thinking about teaching again!"
Despite their current circumstances, Inessa believes these woman are no more mentally
challenged then the rest of us. "The one thing they all have in common is a dream to get out
of the shelter and share their unique talents with the world. I'm just happy that I can help them
turn that dream into a reality," said Inessa.
She intends to continue her visits to the shelter where there is already a growing waiting list
for her services.
Freylekhman's own personal clients include network executives, celebrities, World Champion
female boxer Lucia Richer, local chiropractors and single mothers. Inessa is gifted with the
ability to to act as the translator of each client's own inner barometer. In fact, Jet Thurman,
the founder of the Ayurvedic Healing Quantum Care Center in Denmark, praises her gifts and
ability, saying, "She is the only person I had in mind to Feng Shui my Healing Center in
Denmark."

A NOTE FROM INESSA ABOUT THE PROJECT
Empowering Homeless Woman One Room at a Time
On Friday, May 18, I taught a Feng Shui workshop at the OPCC woman's shelter in Santa
Monica, CA to a group of mentally challenged woman.
Believe me when I tell you that these woman are no more mentally challenged than any of us.
Actually they are bright, articulate and very creative.
There are many reasons for why they are living in the shelter, but the one thing they have in
common is a similar intention, which is to get back on their feet and share their gifts with the
world.
Many are working with patterns of Bi-polar, ADD and OCD, as well as depression. What you
should know is that some of their symptoms were triggered by losing either a loved one, their
jobs or incurring severe trauma-sometimes after an intense medical procedure. Something
that could happen to any of us. The shelter has become a place of community and
rehabilitation for them.
My intention for the workshop was to assist them in rebuilding their lives by giving them tools
to positively shift their relationships with themselves and their environment.
During the workshop I showed them how to set intentions and properly write affirmations. I
also talked about the different quadrants in their space and how to activate them for more
prosperity, peace and flow.
My friend Lauren Gale brought the "Secret" Abundance Checks and everyone wrote one out
to themselves for whatever sum they desired, signed by the "Universe". I then guided them to
place the check in the "prosperity" section as a magnet for attracting more abundance into
their lives.
The workshop was three hours in length, but trust me I could have gone longer. They were
all so empowered by the end. You could just see it in the light that was emanating from their
eyes and the smiles on their faces. They even asked me to come back.
I've already been to the shelter twice. I am going back in July for a Feng Shui treasure Board
workshop. The process of visiting their individual room and dong one-on-one sessions is an
ongoing one.
My heart is filed with so much loving as I write this email. The glow has not yet swept from my
face and I look forward to going back. It was as much a gift for me to be there as it was for
them to receive this information.
